I have had my appointment rescheduled 3 different times only who me to get a “well we left u a voice mail” and for them to try and reschedule me 3 weeks later. Don’t waste your time trying to get an appointment as you probably won’t even get to be seen
Disgusting joke, they don't care. The only quality mental health care available is out of state. Good Luck
I recommend seeking care elsewhere. This company does not care about their patients. It took me months to get an appointment and when I did they canceled the appointment without letting me know until I arrived at the clinic! No notice whatsoever. Billings Clinic is awful through and through. And I have to speak to anyone who actually cares at this facility. -5 stars. DO BETTER
Don't go here I was a patient for 16 years then the last few years I went through 9 doctors because they can't keep them. They can't keep their sh!@ straight and never return your calls. Then when you do finally get ahold of them they argue with you about calling you back. Never once received a call back and left several messages they claimed they never got. Dropped me like a hot potato and left me struggling to find another provider to keep my meds going because it's really dangerous to cold turkey your meds. Thankfully I f... read more
They don't answer calls or let you speak to anyone They screamed at a gentleman and told him they would have him arrested when he was just sitting in his chair Extremely scary and unprofessional gas lighting! Avoid at all cost
