My son had an appointment with a specialist here. @3pm today.. It is now 4pm! N he STILL has NOT BEEN SEEN!!! I asked several times, and only got told, "she's busy. So decide if you're going to stay or leave". No apology, nothing but ignorance!! Literally taking in people who had a later appointment than my son, ams making him sit and wait!! The most ridiculous thing ever??
