Pleasant and professional . We worked with Kari over the course of a year to find the right place. Unicorn Realtor. One of my favorite things about working with Nancy is that she has investment properties herself. Obviously her investment knowledge is a big help to me when I'm buying rentals, but it also gives the average buyer or seller of their personal residence an advantage when using her. Since Nancy is involved in the investment game, she understands financing, construction, and the psychology of buyers and sellers much better than she would as just an average retail agent.
