Dr Billings performed trapeziectomies on both my hands, a year apart, and gave me back my life
Dr. Billings has kind bedside manner and a good listener. Staff at the front desk need to smile and make eye contact and greet patients. They tend to avoid acknowledging you when standing directly in front of them. Feels like you need to pry information or a greeting from them. Furniture in the waiting area and exam rooms need replacing. Yucky to sit on their stained chairs. Rooms are dusty and need cleaning.
