My boyfriend from the States ordered flowers 9 days before valentines day as a surprise for me and they didn't deliver it. I went to the store the next day to ask to them to refund him and they did. A lady in the reception talked to me first and she has to get another lady (who's probably the owner) to come up to me. The second lady was at least nice to apologized and offer to deliver the flower to me but I declined.
