I ordered catering from Billie Rae’s. The lady who I worked with was pleasant to deal with and efficient. The food was delivered on time and was delicious. Their pulled pork had a lot of flavor and wasn’t dried up- that can be a problem with pulled pork. The baked beans were hearty and tasty. Everyone thought the slaw had a unique taste compared to your average slaw. The biscotti pudding was fantastic. I’d definitely use Billie Rae’s again for catering and would be happy to try it at their restaurant.

The Best dollar wings in Knoxville both smoked and fried you can't miss. Always fresh and Hot the customer service is great and the Food is Excellent especially the fried and smoked turkey ribs and the sides are always on point. Keep up the great food you deserve more Stars.

The turkey ribs were divine Apart from that: The whole wings were bland and soggy The mac and cheese was over seasoned The potato salad was over seasoned The spaghetti was not good at all I feel absolutely awful writing this Just absolutely awful And the four stars go to those delicious turkey ribs and fried okra
