If I could make this zero stars, I would. I purchased a groupon for their service. I got an appointment, and as soon as I mentioned Groupon, they changed it to 2 weeks later. Then I got no email or call, and they cancelled on me (they later said they tried to contact me via phone... it didn't happen). THEN, they left me hanging, waiting around for them a week after that. Billie Goat Cleaning Services is an awesome company to use! They are all very nice and do a great job! Everyone should use them! They offer great deals and you get your moneys worth. I had my deck and driveway pressure wash as well as my house cleaned from top to bottom and was very impressed! Two thumbs up to you guys and thanks for doing such a great job.
