Took way too long, doesn't provide updates when asked. Made insurance a hassle. Did a TERRIBLE repair job for our car. Missed damage and even caused damage to the car while they had it. There is no excuse for any of this, then I request a call from a manager multiple times using multiple methods and still no response after 3 days. Very unprofessional, not worth your time or money.

I bought a $32,000 used vehicle from this dealer that had a complete failure in the 4th month of ownership that was quoted $7,300 to repair. Used sales manager Ken spoke to me on the phone and stated that the manufacture should cover the cost being that their warranty was only 60 days from expiration. I pointed out that I bought the vehicle from them, not the manufacturer, and that my warranty with Bill Utter Ford was only 39 days past the 3-month warranty.
