I found a used 2024 GMC Sierra Denali 2500HD on their website and called the next day and spoke to Casey. He promptly got off the phone with me to go check the lot and make sure it was still available. He immediately called me back and said that it was and that he’d get a video over to me. Took my vehicle in for an A/C repair. The technician, Mike, failed to keep me apprised of updates, so I had to repeatedly call to understand why it was taking more than a week to get my car back. I finally get my car back. A couple months later, while replacing my battery, I see that they didn’t put the engine cover back on. I brought my 2015 F-150 5.0L V8 here because it was stalling intermittently when coming to a complete stop (at red lights/drive-throughs). It starts right back up easily every time and has no Check Engine Light.Instead of actually diagnosing the issue, this service department tried to take advantage of me.
