Bill is very professional, hardworking and patient. We were buying our first home and Bill was very patient with all our concerns. He was even helping us during his vacation.The home that we ended up buying had 4-5 very close offers but Bill explained our situation to the buyers agent and they ended up selecting our offer. If I could I would give Bill for more than 5 stars since he is a very patient, knowledgeable and responsive broker ever I met in my life. Apparently, I am very grateful to working with Bill for searching my second property. He never pushes me to get too much documents or informations just like some other brokers may ask you to get pre-qualification first and then they're willing to help you out later because they are working for MONEY only, but Bill is always updating me with new property lists everyday without having those ... read more

We found bill through REDFIN website. He is the best agent we have ever had. He is thorough with his knowledge, honest and very responsive even if it is late night . He has lot of patience which is needed for any buyer until you find your dream home. Part of the reason we got our home was Bill's quick responses to sellers agent.
