Inadequate warranty; poor job. – We have called Bill the Fauceteer over the years and been very happy. Our experience in October 07 was quite different. The toilet brought out was not the one described by phone, and the installer was indifferent. The company did eventually send out a different installer and a different toilet because I would not pay.
