I would buy a riding lawn mower from harbor frieght before i would purchase a vehicle from Bill Talley ford in mechanicsville Va. From the disrespectful customer service of specific employees to the 3 and half months it took them to perform a warranty repair. Disappointed is a far reach for the words i truly want to use. I trust people will think twice before relying on the old name of bill talley and realize times have changed. The bill talley the richmond area once knew and loved is no more.
