Awesome, competent, professional staff! We arrived from out of state without an appt. seeking help with an audiobook app in our Honda CRV. Reception person (sorry didn’t get her name) politely guided us immediately to the right problem solver. Shana was out in our car working her technology magic within 2 minutes and we were shortly on our way. Treating strangers so well is a sign of a top notch dealership. Thank you!

So this may be long, but I encourage you read the whole thing; So initially we called the dealership and told them what we were looking for in a truck. They did not say anything about the potential of not being approved, so we made a long 2.5 hour drive a couple weeks ago (mind you we got up at 4:30 AM to travel there because of the hour time difference) My fiancé and I had got to the dealership just to be told sorry a lender won’t approve for that truck when they good and well knew that the night before although they claime... read more
