Never returned my call, i called for appraisals information..
I wish there was an option to give negative stars on this one. Our appraisal came back so inaccurate we had to call for a 2nd appraisal which came back 76k more than Bill’s appraisal. We spoke to a friend who used Bill who had a similar experience. We ultimately feel we were scammed out of our money when we couldn’t use the appraisal bill provided. It would appear Bill has not kept up with the current market given his lack of knowledge and ability to find more accurate comps.
Would not recommend this company if you’re looking for anything accurate.
