These guys are honest, show up on time, and get stuff done fast. They took pictures of the damage that needed repair and didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. They didn’t use any scare tactics or try to make any hard sales. Very professional and consultative approach. Highly recommend and I will be using them moving forward.
Would give an extra star if I could. Sprauer roofing gets my strongest recommendation and appreciation. Bill was there for me through a very long process which included dealing with the insurance company to completion of the job. There was hell damage to my home. The insurance company adjuster said only one slope of the house had been damaged. It was clear that the entire roof was damage along with other parts of the house as well. Sprauer roofing did my neighbor and he recommended . So let's go , the roof is now done. Keep in mind this is three years ago. Looks good and they even fixed other problems. After a few heavy rain I noticed a leak in my chimney . Guy came back twice and even thrice. He said it was chimney vent. I replaced and still drop drop in chimney when heavy rain. I had an excellent experience with Sprauer Roofing and highly recommend them. David was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. He patiently answered all of my questions—and I had quite a few—regardless of the day or time. He was always responsive, punctual for appointments, professional, and very easy to work with. What particularly impressed me was that Sprauer was the only roofing company I contacted that took the time to investigate the root cause of the roof leak rather than simply recommending a roof replacement.... read more
