Terrible experience took car back for same repair three times. Now all of a sudden I declined partial work. Took my car in for no heat and I supposedly declined most of the repair. It was 45 degrees a couple days ago on my ride in to work. I froze like heck. Anyone that knows me knows I don’t give bad reviews unless it due. Any I would not decline any repair that would force my children to ride in a car with no heat. I WILL NOT EVER EVER EVER go back to this place of business. I’m so disgusted.
They are unprofessional & crooks. They lie, steal & keep your car for way too long. Vince acts like he works for the warranty company’s & I believe he’s doing so & lying to charge the warranty company & pocket the customers cash. I already have a lawyer to fight them
