If you live in Detroit and you can monitor the progress of the sale of your car then they are highly recommended. If your buying your car from out of town or state then perhaps another dealer would make your car buying experience a more pleasant one. Do your research and shop wisely because it can be a stressful event if your not used to dealing with setbacks, delays, and administrative issues.
