What a ripoff!!! Do NOT hire this company. They charged me $251.64 to replace a $19.99 ring seal for my toilet. I’m a widow senior citizen and live on a fixed income. This business lacks the basic human qualities that is honesty and decency.

Tumbur came out and troubleshooted a bad switch on the attic furnace that powers the thermostat- which is why the A/C went out. All this on a 90 degree day- did I mention it was in the attic...? He then checked both units for proper operation. I couldn’t be happier for the outstanding service, and use Bill Smith exclusively. Thank you, Tumbur!

We’ve had Bill Smith come to our house multiple times, the first time they came out it was Luther and Angelo. Had a great experience using them so whenever we need a plumber we always request Luther.
Bill Smith plumbing is by far the best plumber I’ve ever used! We sought them out for a second quote and they came in $400 less than the large, tv advertised plumber company. They only gave advice and recommendations on what I asked them for and didn’t try to sell me anything extra. They were honest, straightforward, really professional and extremely kind. I most definitely did not receive a freebie for a job that this company was called to come and fix. Nothing was fixed! I received a bill for over $1500.00. An attempt was done at the beginning of the first week but only excuses were made as to why it could not be accomplished. A second crew came out the following week & the only accomplishment was a sink cabinet was removed along with the sink. A lot of tinkering and another crew came out. I contacted Bill Smith Plumbing to do a flush on my tankless water heater, due to receiving an inflated quote from a competitor plumber. After explaining the situation over the phone, and providing pictures of the unit to "dial in" the repair and needed parts, I was assured that the job should cost no more than $500, more than half of the competitor's quote, and take no more than a couple hours to complete.
