2024- I called the office yesterday to make an appointment for a service call on my oil furnace. I was shocked that someone would be here the next day. The service technician, Daniel Fortenberry, got here at the exact time and found out quickly what the problem was. He replaced one part but told me he’d be back later in the afternoon with the other part that was needed. He got here at almost dark, installed the second new part and had the furnace running.
