A great big thank you to Doug Cole who sold me my new mower. And a special thank you to Bill in the service dept for a timely turnaround on my mower. Also Sonny who was helpful in getting my mower to me. You guys rock!!!!!!!!!!
Yesterday we purchased a new Mahindra 5545 and added a Texas Bragg trailer, a set of pallet forks and canopy with Doug at Bill's Tractor. The process was easy and painless. Doug was always very responsive and helpful as well as the entire staff. The tractor, will be delivered to my property next week in Helotes, Texas free of charge!
I can't say enough about the level service and follow up from Rick and everyone at Bill's Tractor. Their service level is definitely their priority! Even during a recent power outage the dealership they still took the time to make sure they far exceeded my expectations!
I have telephoned their toll free number, no response. I have telephoned their local number, no response. I have sent them an e-mail via their "Contact Us", no response.
Can't service what they sell. They've had my tractor for two months!
I can't do a mahindra search without Bill's tractors coming up. I called to ask a question about pto and was told to call someone closer to me. I'm in TN but what difference does that make.
