RecommendedI have been using Bill Tractors for my warranty for my Zero turn Hustler. My previous visits were fair. However, during my last visit I was extremely dissatisfied. I dropped off my zero turn on 7 Jul 20 and it was returned until 24 Aug 20. I called on several occasions to find out the status. The service dept blamed the Hustler Co. for delaying the process. Fantastic place to do business. I had an incredible experience with the service dept. I went to pick up my chainsaw that had quit running, and when I was leaving I ask the service man if he would mind showing me the saw was running. He tried and tried but to know avail. He took the saw back in and they ended up having to keep it overnight. They told me they would call me when it was running properly. Whenever we need parts for the tractor we just call ahead of time. We live about 2 hours away. The parts are ready for us when we get to Bill's Tractor. Great customer service
