I made an appt for my 2020 explorer because it was doing a warning sound for cross traffic and blind spot and had to wait for 2 weeks to get it in. Dropped it off at 7:50 for an 8 am appt. at 4:30 when I couldn’t get the service dept to answer the phone I went down there because I hadn’t heard from them and I had no ride home without my explorer.
