Bill Rhiners Plumbing company of Clive Iowa is going to lose a ton of business for treating me like I was insignificant… The Plumber Jess or Jessie dismissed my concerns last visit. He did a perfunctory drain clean and left on his first visit after I attempted to explain to him this wasn’t just a clogged drain it’s a larger issue. He laughed at me and blew me off. I cannot say enough good things about Rhiner's Plumbing! They get the job done right the first time. I've been using for over 10 years and they are just wonderful.
Use any other plumber just not Rhiners had a sump pump installed with battery backup both pumps failed basement flooded. They were installed 5 months ago. Rhiners pretty much acted like they could care less and asked me if I unplugged the pump!!!! Just saying do not use Rhiners!!!!!
I had an excellent experience with the technicians who came out to install our toilet. We had an issue with the toilet continuing to run after installation. When I called in to see if someone could come back out, the ladies who answered the phones made it clear that I was an inconvenience and they spent so much time talking to me about the cost that they didn’t even share an appointment window. We called to have a leaking toilet fixed. Our home has CPVC pipes and it's over 20 years old. The plumber from Rhiners let alone any plumber worth anything should have known these pipes can get brittle and we've been told by a couple other plumbers that they just don't break on their own with a little bit of pressure. Apparently the plumber from Rhiners cranked on it to tighten it and it broke. We had water running everywhere.
