Please cancel any construction contract you have with these guys. They built the property i used to work at. These guys are terrible water heater leaks bathtub leaks. Shower head leaking behind wall. Make every excuse long haired dude cussing in residents home saying he did every tub spout on the property and non are broken. Yet had 25 on calls. They now have no one on call on weekends and just make excuses. Terrible business stay far far far away.
Noah and Tyler did a super job of fixing my leaky faucets and changing out copper pipes to the water shut offs. It's nice to see some younger technicians stepping in to fill the need when so many of the repair service industry are nearing retirement.
Horribly unprofessional. Have very inexperienced technicians working for them who can’t troubleshoot complex hvac issues. Spent more time leaning on their truck, smoking, spitting, burping and sweating than actually working. Left constant messes they didn’t clean up. The woman at the front desk is also horrifically unprofessional. If you don’t like your job that much maam, find another one.
Rhiner’s has been nothing but problems and wasting our time and money for over 9 months. We had the same team (Rob, sometimes accompanied by a younger apprentice lad) out here on at least 5 occasions, about once per month. The following are just a few things that occurred during that time: -failed to let us know on at least 2 occasions (including 1 supposed to be with a manager) that they would not be coming that day, resulting in wasted PTO.
