My experience at bill ray nissan was surprising. by surprising, i mean everyone was very friendly and helpful. chris harris, my car salesman asked me what was i looking for and preceded in making my wants a priority. he accessed my wants and he worked towards making it possible. i was not pressured, i was made to feel very comfortable with my decision to purchase a car from bill ray nissan.

When it came time to get a new car I went back to the same salesman, Murphy Santana, to get my new Nissan. There are 3 dealerships that are closer to me, but the drive that I make to get there is way worth it. Their sales, finance and service team are excellent. I have no complaints in all of the years I have gone there with my first car from them enough that I went back for my second car. They gave me the best rate in town compared to the other dealerships. I bought my 370z from them 2 weeks ago. Part of the deal was they were to install a rear spoiler on the car. The whole experience was very professional and prompt. They called me 2-3 days after I purchased the car and scheduled the installation. I brought the car in around 10am and was told it would take until around 3 to finish. I asked if they could get it done sooner because I had things to do later. They called me back within 2 hours and it was competed. I also asked to have the oil changed. Just bought a car from Chris Wiseman at Bill Ray Nissan. Chris was honest and very helpful through the buying process. I found the finance department to be very helpful and easy to do business with. Offered multiple styles of extended warranty but no high pressure sales. I actually enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend checking with them if in the market for a Nissan. Their prices were definitely competitive and an overall surprisingly pleasant car buying experience.

This review is in regards to my experience with the service department, as I bought my Nissan from another dealer two yeas ago. My engine light had recently come on so I swung by this dealer after work with no appointment and they had me in and out of there in a little over an hour. The code said I needed a part replaced and they ordered the part for me, let me know it would be delivered in a few days and would call me back to schedule when to fix it.
