After my initial virtual meeting with Dr. Quach, I almost wanted to cry with relief. He listens, he respects the patients situation, he is knowledgeable and well-trained, as far as I can discern. He projects competence and concern. He is pleasant and humane. He is everything I could possibly want in a doctor.
