I was given a quote for servicing my CRV . When a came to pick it up the price had increase about $100.00 more than the given quote.
Bought our new 2016 accord and The customer service was awesome! Our sales rep, Johny Amen, helped us a lot and was so patient and kind. Even the loan manager, regie, is there to help us. Thanks Honda! And Thanks Johny! :)
Every visit leads me to believe that people there doesn't know definition of customer service. People there have no considerations for customers trouble and waiting time. This place has bad reputations in town and I will not buy any car from them.
