This dealership treated my senior mother like she was trash. They kept her car for 4 months, never returning her calls, giving her excuse after excuse when she did stop by and completely screwed her over with her insurance claim.She was then told to pick up her car and it sits dead in the lot. excellent customer service! Hennessey had me in and out with a key replacement in 20 minutes and the price was not costly as it could have been for a fob definitely worth the trip from out of town.
Drew, the used car sales manager, is by far the best sales employee I've ever encountered - including myself!! He did not one, or two, but several things that will keep my family coming back to him as long as we live near Reno!
Big shout out to Pedro, a super service consultant! Had a dead battery under warranty. Hubs works at Stanford hospitals in Palo Alto and flies back every weekend. With all flights being rescheduled and cancelled driving has become our best bet so we decided to put Ruby, our 2001 Accord EX into service. I was told I had to bring the car with the battery in to get the warranty. AAA could not jump the battery so hubs took it out so I could take it in. Amazing service today! Had a dead battery this morning, got it charged drove straight to Bill Pearce Honda. Got a new battery installed and out the door in about 8 minutes from testing to new one put in. Never had to leave the service bay area. Great price and warranty for the battery as well! Thank you!
everyone was literally really awesome and nice! we brought a car from them they helped us out a lot none like other car dealers.. if it was not for them we would not have a car! great coffee machine too it makes everything lol. Allen is my hero! I went in w/ a plan, likes, etc... and he helped execute it flawlessly. He was busy getting another vehicle ready for another customer stopped what he was doing and took the time to help me. An hour later I had what I wanted and am forever grateful!
