Have been a customer for many years- always been pleased- what happened to the discounts -for cash payments or senior citizens - that you use to offer on major repairs/replacement? You could help us out !
I have been a customer since the early 2000’s and have purchased multiple units from them. They treat me fairly, they never price gouge me, and always try to save me money when they can! I hope Mr. Owens never retires because I will ALWAYS go to his company first!
One two services, parts marked up hundred of dollars, first time they were understanding and changed the price to their cost after I complained. Second time I was quoted $558 dollars for a part that I ordered for $147 shipped. I understand they have to to make money but really. And they didn’t even stock the common part. Do not recommend them.
Does not serve grayaville as advertised
We had our AC unit go down due to the condensation pan being cracked which leaked water all over our house. We called Bill Owen's to come service the unit and they said they would have to order the part that was three weeks ago. They have consistently stated they have ordered the part but then came back and said they ordered the wrong part twice. We haven't had Air Conditioning for 4 weeks. I literally had expensive models melt from how hot our house is.
