When it was time to replace my ancient heat pump, I received nearly a dozen estimates from 4 companies. Brian Owens earned my business. Brian walked me through options and answered my MANY questions. They did an amazing job! The receptionist on the phone is so sweet and personable. Also, the man who did my repairs, Brian, got hung up on a few other jobs throughout the day, but still made sure to come out to my house even tho I told them we could wait til the next day if need be. He didn’t want us to have to deal with our issue one more day. He got it fixed really quickly and all at a very reasonable price! And he was so nice! Highly recommend this company!
I have enjoyed great service from Bill Owen’s Heating and Air Conditioning for well over 10 ten years. Earlier this week we had our scheduled semi annual maintenance. Our service technician, Tim, was on time, knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. My recommendation of Bill Owen’s for all you heating and air conditioning needs could not be stronger.
