We had the unfortunate experience of being taken by a plumbing company that our contractor used on our new build.. They improperly ran the water line from the meter to the house, used improper piping, installed improper drains, put sink fixtures on backwards, and didn’t use proper venting for the house.. My water heater wasn't working.So I called Nickerson. They told me that they could send somebody out the next day. The employee calls me around 9am. He asked me the capacity of the water heater, and I tell him 40 gallons. I told him that the neighbor guy looked at it because my husband is out of town and they both said that it is almost always the thermocouple. Dusty (and his assistant) were amazing. They were both professional and friendly. Dusty took time to answer my questions and was also incredibly efficient. He solved my problem and the rates were very reasonable, especially for this level of expertise. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again.
