Dusty and Gabriel came out to install my new dishwasher, disposal, and fix a few toilet issues. They were incredibly nice, professional, efficient, and hardworking! Tammy in the office made the whole process easy from the start—she was so helpful, accommodating, and kind in getting everything scheduled and set up. Wonderful service all around!
The guys who came out and worked did a wonderful job. However when I got the bill, I was disappointed. I was charged for 12 hours worth of labor. They were only at my place for 9 1/2. I wasn't aware that when they leave for a lunch break or didnt bring all the parts they needed and had to go and get them that they're on my dime. During the quote, it was said "Dollar amount or less" and it was more. Quite the bummer.
We had the unfortunate experience of being taken by a plumbing company that our contractor used on our new build.. They improperly ran the water line from the meter to the house, used improper piping, installed improper drains, put sink fixtures on backwards, and didn’t use proper venting for the house.. My water heater wasn't working.So I called Nickerson. They told me that they could send somebody out the next day. The employee calls me around 9am. He asked me the capacity of the water heater, and I tell him 40 gallons. I told him that the neighbor guy looked at it because my husband is out of town and they both said that it is almost always the thermocouple.
