Disgusting people, a life is not worth any amount of money!!
Bill Miller's is a wonderful venue. Not only is it absolutely stunning but the owners and staff go above and beyond to exceed expectations. Bill Miller's is, and always will be, an outstanding business. The owners are amazing people who have literally given the shirts off their backs to help others. Every experience I've had at the castle has been lovely and it holds some priceless memories! Great job to all who worked so hard to make our experiences there perfect!

If I could leave no stars I absolutely would!! I find it absolutely disgusting and nauseating what you are doing to my cousin, Joe Mazzo, and his fiance', Emma. You have sent the same generic response to all who have written negative reviews about the venue and the treatment given to Joe and Emma. You keep saying a check is in the mail, but that is a complete lie!! As someone who is currently engaged to be married and battling a brain tumor, it disgusts me that any venue (in this case, Bill Millers Castle) could possibly deny a terminal brain cancer patient and his fiancé their deposit back. It's unfathomable. I strongly discourage anyone looking for a wedding venue to even consider this one...there are SO many beautiful venues in CT that also have a heart and understand that doing the right things trumps money any day of the week. Your treatment of Emma and Joe is appalling. I will never visit your establishment and I will be sure to let anyone I know who even thinks about going to your business or having an event there what heartless and soulless people you all are. Denying a refund to a couple who had to cancel a wedding due to Joe's brain cancer is despicable. Even worse, knowing they needed that money to get him treatment. You all are sickening. Truly sickening.
