I think this is what's wrong in the world today....no compassion. It's a sad world when we as humans can't look out for one another. I personally think that you, the owners of this venue, should get in your car, with a check in full and drive it to joe and Emma's house...with a huge apology. I would never recommend this place. Honestly it's not even great. There are a ton of other way more beautiful places in CT to have a wedding. #teammazzo
You would be considered decent human beings if you refunded Emma and Joe their money. Now you have the pleasure of upholding the worst image and reputation of any wedding venue I know of. I truly hope you never have to confront a negative life altering event. You get what you give.

You are a horrible " family owned business" you say you care about your customers yet sit there and copy and paste the same statement about giving someone their money back and how this hurts your feelings. You are such horrible indivudals who can care less and used the money to renovate your business. That money could go to help this gentleman with life saving treatment. Shame on you. I hope you loose business
