Good comfort food at great prices. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. When we visit South Texas again we will be sure to dine at Bill’s!
I usually love Bill Miller but this time they didn't give me my full order and didn't realize it until I got home.
I have always loved Bill Miller....However I am VERY disappointed with my lunch brisket tacos, 2 very small pieces in each taco for $2.60?!?! Guess I’ll combine the meat to make a REAL taco.
Chain BBQ restaurant nothing special, they try to do a chicken fried steak but was more like 10% meat 90%batter they need to stick to Brisket and chicken
It had that nice retro feel. Hot, delicious food! Very friendly staff. Bathroom a little stanky but that’s not really their fault.
I’ve frequented this location for the last decade and their food has always been consistently awesome. I wish I could say the same about the DRIVE-THROUGH service. I really prefer when the order taker reads back the order, as they heard it, because it helps reduce miscommunications, resulting in wrong orders, wasted time & frustration for the customer.
I go here often. This morning was my first time to get a LEAN brisket taco... all I got was fat. Totally grossed me out. Wth! Please teach your meat cutters what is lean.
