Found these guys on Best Plumbers. I called up and talked to the owner Bill and he was extremely helpful over the phone. He gave me an upfront ballpark price on what it was going cost over the phone. He was right on with the price because he knew exactly what I needed by hearing what I had to say over the phone. Extremely nice man! His technician was very polite and professional. Found these guys on Best Plumbers! A really friendly gentleman named Luis arrived and saved the day. This guy really knows water heaters inside and out. He showed me exactly what was wrong and what was causing the problem. Luis also gave me options. He showed me what he could do for a quick fix, but then also explained to me why I would have the same problem again down the road because of what was causing the element not to work properly. Tried to support a local "5 Star" plumbing company near me. Gave them a call, they told me $39.99 for a house visit. Plumber came over quickly and very professional however, the plumber told me it will cost an additional $150 just to try and light the pilot with no guarantee of fixing the issue. I gambled and said "let's do it." Of course it didnt light, I tried before calling but was expecting some professional troubleshooting. Nope.
