Dr. Martin was not in my son's United Healthcare Network but continually assured me repeatedly that he would accept what my insurance paid (no deductible) pus $30 per visit which is what I would have paid an network provider. Every visit I asked him and his staff to clarify this and he continually put me off, saying let me see what I actually get paid.
