Fast and friendly service
I wouldn't recommend buying a GM brand vehicle here in Traverse City. You'll have to wait months to get into service. And once you're in, it's a bad experience. ----------------- The story: I purchased a 2023 1500 Limited, excited to have a local dealer service it. In the past, I've serviced 2 Jeeps at Bill Marsh (prior to Serra's acquisition). It was a pretty normal experience.
