Kayla is always a joy to work with. She makes the process seamless and I always feel taken care of. She is very personable and informs me every step of the way on progress. I am unique in that every time I drop my car off, I hang around and work in the showroom. Kayla gets me regular updates and makes sure everything I need done is taken care of. Kayla for the win!
