Excellent Lisa Harris was responsive, informative, and pleasant to work with. Lisa located the car I wanted and walked me through the process of buying the Santa Fe remotely from my own home. The Santa Fe was delivered to my doorstep! Lisa followed up several times after my purchase to see if I was happy with my new auto.I highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
This issue was not resolved to our satisfaction. Floor mats should have been included in the new car purchase.
Clayton was awesome. He is a man of his word. It was greatly appreciated by me that he under-promised and over-delivered, which is always a sign of excellence. A job well done. I will come back.
