We had our 24 Escape in for a Works service and a noise at highway speed. Totally satisfied with the work

Gabe at Serra Ford in Gaylord was BEYOND helpful when we were in need of a car ASAP. Our engine went out on a Thursday, and by Saturday afternoon we had a new (to us) car that we’re already in love! The service department was also great to work with. We will be back!
