We purchased our used 2021 Ford Ranger in July 2024 and added an extended warranty for over $100 per month. We suspected a transmission issue in the summer of 2025 and asked for an service appointment. They kept changing the appointment because they said they didn't have anyone to do transmissions. Paid for line-x and dealer never scheduled it. Then my sales person left and moved. Three years of it being included in my lease payment and they will not refund me. Won’t be buying my next vehicle here.
