The mechanics were very communicative and got the work done in a reasonable time. However, the waiting area was open to the service desks, where there was a lot of bickering and bad-mouthing of customers...very unprofessional!
While driving up north for vacation we discovered our turn signal had burnt out. We called the nearest Ford dealership at the time and were told they were too busy. Then we called Serra Ford, and Josh told us they would take care of us! The whole team was SO caring and helpful. They fixed our light quickly and were so hospitable to our whole family while we waited. We are so thankful! I would highly recommend them!

Purchasing from Bill Marsh is EASY. The whole process went smoothly and they did everything they said they would. This was our second purchase from Bill Marsh, I’m sure we’ll be back. Update: Returned for 1 of my 4 free oil changes and was told they dont owe them to me since I can’t prove they gave them to me. Service manager actually told me at one point to “be quiet, you’re not listening to me”, he’s right, I’m no longer listening to him and I will never go back to Serra for anything.
