Thank you to the Bill Knight family for getting back to me. I appreciate the time it took to look into my issue. Was very disappointed to find out they had closed the Bill Knight Mitsubishi dealership and I was given no notice, called to make an oil change and told if I wanted my free ones through Mitsubishi I would have to go to okc or Springdale Arkansas. Feel like this is something that should have been covered at your other dealerships owned by Bill Knight.
I drove 40 minutes from claremore to this dealership to get a wheel alignment and for them to look at an engine light on my cluster. I didn't have to drive this far since we have a ford dealership in claremore and other car maintenance shops. I decided against the ford dealership in claremore because they don't ever have parts in stock its always next day and I was not trying to leave my truck overnight for a simple repair.
