I highly recommend avoiding this dealership/service center. Save yourself the stress and money. There are so many local mechanics that value integrity, honesty, and open communication at a fraction of the price. Our experience at Bill Knight Ford has been a nightmare. I purchased a used, 2013 Ford Explorer at Bill Knight Ford in Stillwater in November 2019. Today was the first day I needed the A/C. I turned it on and it blows hot air. I called the dealership, only to be told they would need 2 days to diagnose the problem, and I would be charged $125-150 per hour for them to diagnose the problem, and that it wasn't under warranty.
