Bought a 2022 toyota corolla from them. First the color was wrong, they stated in the ad it was black with black interior. It is actually dark blue with black/Grey interior. Absolutely horrible! I was rear ended and I have been trying to get the car repaired. I submitted an application for an e-estimate through the Bill Kay website on Friday, 10/17. I have worked with some of their managers in service and in Auto Body before and had great experiences but I guess they are all gone now. Made me wait almost 3h without any updates, when they said it will take less than an hour. Also, I had my car in service for over 3 months and I had call in myself and asking about the vehicle even tho they should be the one updating me, after I got a car back, they gave it back damaged, deep scratched on a side and refusing to fix it and my passenger seat was all dirty like someone spilled some white paint on it
