Stay away! This company does not care about it's tenants. It claims to be a property management company not just sales, but they do not even do the minimum for their tenants. I viewed a place after a recent move out, and upon arriving weeks later (from a cross country move) I found they had not only not prepped nor cleaned the unit but the unit also seemed abandoned for the weeks between my application and lease start date, and in worse condition than when I viewed it. I filed an application for a property listed by Go Global Realty on the advice of our Realtor. I was advised at that time there was only one other applicant for the property, however Go Global would accept our application and compare it to the existing application. Never answer their phone whether it's when they open or midday. If they do answer they put you on hold forever until you end up having to leave a voicemail which they never respond to. Terrible. Really wanted this apartment and wish it could've been done through a better company that answers.
