he installed our septic system incorrectly not to code. never called county for final inspection. COC never issued n he never completed n sent in his final completion report to the county. he wont return our calls or textes. he was paid in full.
Bill first did work for me after hurricane Isabel. Every contractor had plenty of work. Bill quoted a fair price, got to my washed out bank quickly and installed a great bulkhead that today show no signs of moving. He would be the first contractor that I would call.
