Buyer beware. I purchased a used truck with this dealership. I was happy with everything until we made the deal. I put a deposit on a credit card and was told it would be refunded right away once the financing was received. They received the check from the bank on Friday, I picked up the truck on Saturday and was told I would be refunded no later then the following Thursday. now over a week later i still have not been refunded and was told it will take another week. This complaint is regarding deception by Bill Jacobs dealership. Bill Jacobs deceived us into purchasing a defective vehicle. I bought a 2009 ****** Matrix from them on July 17, 2023. They advertised the car as rigorously inspected by their technician and claimed it had no issues.During the test drive, I noticed a noise felt like coming from back or down the car when passing over a bump. Thanks Virko!!! Virko was the nicest and most genuine service rep I have come across in a very long time. Two days after I was in for my service, my headlight went out and I came to replace the bulb. Virko saw me, came and shook my hand and even remembered me by name. He was very willing to go above and beyond for my needs.
Warranties You should send out an email that alerts owners that their warranty is about to expire. Then offer the check-up appointment at that time. My Jetta was in storage until just before the expiration date. Several issues need attention and all were present when the warranty expired.
Thanks for the pleasant experience! We have purchased MANY vehicles in the past, so we know what to expect. This was by far the most pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle. Our sales advisor Bryan Wiater could not have been more attentive, personable and in tune with what we were looking for. The dealership itself was also very pleasant. Compassionate!!! I like the way Michael Birch, as well as Virko Tammaru handle all of our car business. They are compassionate Customer- and Volkswagen people.
Brought my car in for service. I knew I needed a new headlamp, that is why I went in. While i am there I ask to see if they see anything wrong with the starter. my daughters says it doesn't always work. No one took anything apart. Nobody had to look at the headlamp.They had to order the parts but my daughter has to go back to school. I would have to reschedule to get the fixes made.I was charged $350 for diagnosing my headlamp(the reason I went in) and a computer to tell us nothing is wrong.I was told it would be added back ... read more
