The salesperson was great. The overall sale was exceptional and I will recommend to others. However, I think service could have detailed the car better. I felt that the car was to be detailed and buffed. We waited a long time and I felt the car really was not buffed. It was only washed.
Outstanding service! Can't say enough nice things about the staff in Naperville - they are always friendly and really seem to enjoy their jobs....it's actually a pleasure having work done on the car - not a 'chore'. It's always nice to be recognized when walking through the door - the customer service level is outstanding. Thus the reason we chose to add a second Mini to our household!
Professional atmosphere! Kerry Cunningham was not over bearing, provided a very professional atmosphere and answered all questions. Finance tried to pressurize me, while signing paperwork, to accept a tire warranty that had to be signed immediately. There was no time to consider options.
Horrible Customer Service! My wife & I have never been more embarrassed by the sheer lack of customer service we received on my visit to Bill Jacobs BMW. After driving in from St. Louis and recommended by a local family member that bought a new x5 from salesman Nicholas earlier this year, we were completely disregarded for a quick sale to another customer. Service was ok Paid a lot of money to fix a problem on a 6 year old car (@ only 43,200 miles - I thought BMW's were supposedly "made to last") and the car still didn't pass emissions! I'm blaming the car, NOT the technician(s).
Plain and simple I think James was surprised by how easy the buying process was and that he really did not have to work hard to make the sale. We did a lot of research ahead of time and looked on your online inventory. Picked out the potentials and lo and behold we have the MINI that we wanted. Thank you very much for this buying experience.
