I dodged a bullet by not buying a used car from Bill Hood. I was looking at a 2011 Pilot Ex-L with 88,000 miles on it. A week prior, it was $14,900. Then $13,900. $13,200 if it passed inspection. The Carfax indicated three minor accidents and one between minor and moderate. I asked about it and he said they checked it out and it was fine.
