I unfortunately was in a bad situation. My truck had broke down and was in need of a new engine. Ms. Brandy on the service department kept me up to date on the progress of the truck. Ethan and Canan both got my trade in approved and paid it off. They were able to get me into a new truck that better suited my needs with no hassle or haggle. I brought a 2018 explorer in with what I thought was a bad water pump. The technician confirmed this and my service advisor immediately started working with my extended warranty service Endurance (nightmare experience, I would look elsewhere). Turns out the part is cheap but the engine tear down to get to it is not. After Endurance denied the repair. I did some shopping around and weighed options. Brought our truck in for sunroof repair. After a week, we got a call explaining some guy screwed up and he was fired. Then we get an update, it’s now sitting properly but won’t be functional unless we pay $4,400 to replace the whole thing. But it’s not the guys fault. Starting to question that, though.
