Although my sales person Duston was great my experience with the sales manager and finance manager not as good. We agreed on a trade price on my trade that was what I expected. That was great but after looking at the paperwork I noticed that I was given $2400 less than what was agreed to. After talking to the finance manager he explained that they removed my tax savings for the trade which makes no sense to me. Why should Bill Hood take my tax savings on my trade. I went to Bill Hood Ford and laid out my intentions on how I was ordering we agreed on the price and they remained dedicated all the way up to delivery. I could not have had a better experience ordering and buying my 2025 Mustang
Will no longer be using Bill Hoods facility to service my Lincoln. Seems Curtis only helps with oil service & Stephanie is no longer there. Not dealing with the rude gentlemen in the service department. I did not even leave my car today I was so disappointed. Learn how to speak to people even when you are busy. You never know who you are speaking to.
Easy to do business with and handled an issue professionally and as well as any reasonable person could have expected.
