Since my watch would not keep time properly, I took my watch in to be repaired. Griffith Jewelers sent it out to be fixed since he does not make in-house repairs. After waiting weeks for the watch to be fixed, within 24 hours of getting it back, the watch still would not keep time properly. I took the watch back for adjustments twice.
