I have had to call Bill George Plumbing for a stopped up kitchen sink on Christmas morning (with many people arriving for dinner that day) and he came instantly even though it was a Holiday...thanks Bill. The last time I need a new hot water heater on December 31 and Kyle was here in an instant with a new hot water heater and installed it to save my floor from a leaking one. Thanks Kyle They have been my plumber for years and I have not been unhappy.

Came and looked at my situation, which was running some simple DWV systems to two bathrooms and said that it was something they were able to do. I was told I would receive a bid in the mail a few days later. Its been about a month now, and I have no estimate. I called their offices at the end of the first week, and left a message saying they could just tell me on the phone or email it to me, but I got no response. Haven't heard from them since. I am willing to change rating based on skill in service if I actually got any.
