Bill was able to come out the next morning after my call. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer immediately and quickly fixed the problem. It is now silent! While here, Bill gave me tips on getting better efficiency with the washing machine as well. Thanks, Bill!

Bill was out a few months ago to fix my oven. He was prompt in calling me back and coming out to complete repair. At that time I had him look at my cooktop ignitor and he said he'd order me a new one and come back out. Well that was 3months ago......I have left multiple message on phone and text. NOTHING.....no response. Totally ghosted me and I have no idea why. Very disappointing 😞

We found Bill on line when we first had an issue with our oven. He was able to quickly come out and do the repair. Then, the dishwasher was acting up and, again, Bill was able to assess the issue and repair it for us. Most recently, the refrigerator ice maker was on the fritz and Bill was our first call. Bill is professional, responsive and he does quality work at a reasonable price. We're so glad we found Bill and now have a dependable repairman!

I called last week and never heard back. It seems that Bill’s business reviews are correct. Not even the courtesy to return calls . Terrible ! I will find someone else.
