I have had my 2009 Volkswagen for 1 year and 7 months and haven’t even put 7,000 miles on it. I have spent over 30% of the total cost on fixing the piece of junk. The engine had to be replaced, the air doesn’t work, the oil pan had a crack in it and multiple belts broke. It is 100% a LEMON. You’d be better off walking everywhere then buying from this place.
Bill Blanchard is by far the best and he reflects the awesomeness of this dealership. They have worked with me thru 2 car deals and there was zero pressure and the deal was complete when I was happy not their figures.
